What data we process
We only process the data you give us when you contact us:
- Diagnosis form: name, care home, phone, email and, if you fill it in, your message.
- Email: your address, your name and the content of your messages.
We do not need health data or data about the residents of your care home. Please do not include them in your messages.
What we use it for
- To respond to your request and schedule the free diagnosis.
- To send you the information or proposal you have asked for.
- To manage our business relationship if you decide to hire our services.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data, and we will not send you advertising you have not asked for.
Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract: answering your enquiry and preparing the diagnosis or proposal (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). If you go on to hire our services, the legal basis is the performance of the contract.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while we handle your request. If you do not hire our services, we delete it no later than [12 months] after our last contact. If you do, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Who can access it
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required to. Some providers process data on our behalf so that the service works, always under a data processing agreement:
- Web hosting: [hosting provider].
- Email: [email provider].
- Fonts: the website loads its fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), which receives your IP address when you visit it.
International transfers
Some of these providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use appropriate safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time. Write to us at [email protected] stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse. Only the people at ResidenceLogic who need it to assist you can access it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our services or the regulations change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
